We ship only within Singapore and charge a flat rate of $5. Enjoy free shipping for orders $95 and above.
We recommend ordering by 12 noon to ensure fast delivery.

1. No returns due to change of mind
Due to the nature of your products, we do not offer any returns or refunds once you have placed your order.
Please select your product very carefully. No ‘change of mind’ will be accepted.
We only accept returns if there are any damage or defects to the products.
2. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us for any product questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
